Music boxes are checked thoroughly for cosmetics, function, and sound – then carefully packed up for shipment.
Pottery items are inspected for any form of damage and are carefully described to highlight any deficiencies.
Books are classified as carefully as possible, and every effort is made to ensure that the books meet or exceed the category descriptions.
Shipping - We ship via UPS or USPS and we insure all items. We reserve the right to change shipping method or carrier if the method selected by the buyer is not appropriate for the item type or shipping location, and we will contact buyer through email with any changes. International shipments are generallly shipped via USPS and domestic shipments generally ship via UPS. All shipped items are insured. Some international shipments do not carry full insurance due to the shipping companies restrictions. If buyer has questions about shipping methods or shipping fees, please email any questions or requests for quotes prior to placing your order. All efforts are made to protect the items from damage during shipment. Items may be shipped with insurance from shipping company. Claims notification for shipping damage shall be made by customer within 5 days from receipt of package. Claims will be processed through the shipping company by the customer.
